Since all of our products are made-to-order, it will take 2-7 business days for your order to process before shipment occurs. This does not include shipping time.
Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we ship the item to the address provided using the shipping option chosen at checkout. Ship times are variable depending on location and method chosen.
We will send a shipping notification to the email or phone number you provided when your order ships. (If not, check your junk folder, then shoot us an email if you still can't find one.)
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
1) Check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.
-If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
-If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We will investigate what can be done to make sure you remain a worry-free and happy shopper.
